kale (thinly sliced) 1
cucumber (peeled and chopped) 1
red pepper (thinly sliced) 1

grilled boneless chicken breasts* (cut into bite-sized pieces) 1 cup
walnuts (coarsely chopped, or a mix of nuts and sunflower seeds) 4 tablespoons
