Chinatown Chicken Salad

Ingredients

heads of romaine lettuce (cleaned and chopped)
1 bunch
kale (thinly sliced)

cucumber (peeled and chopped)

red pepper (thinly sliced)

red onion (thinly sliced)
1 bunch
fresh cilantro (chopped)

grilled boneless chicken breasts* (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup
walnuts (coarsely chopped, or a mix of nuts and sunflower seeds)
4 tablespoons
white sesame seeds

Additional Notes

*You may substitute the chicken breasts for a whole deli-roasted (rotisserie) chicken.
