 chicken (cubed) 1

 mushrooms (sliced) 10 
 sun dried tomatoes (soaked in oil, chopped) 1⁄3 cup
 pine nuts (toasted) 1 cup
 chicken broth 1⁄2 cup
 tomato sauce 1⁄2 cup

Instructions
Sauté chicken in a large frying pan. Add onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Add broth and tomato sauce. Simmer till vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked through. Add herbs in the last several minutes before serving. (Recipe♦268)
