Ingredients
1⁄2 cup
vanilla almond, soy or hemp milk 3⁄4 teaspoons
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
cinnamon 3
apples (cored, peeled and chopped) 1⁄4 cup
raisins 1⁄2 cup
old-fashioned gluten-free rolled oats 1⁄4 cup
ground raw walnuts 2 tablespoons
ground flax seedsInstructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds.
Pour into an 8×8" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. (Recipe♦235)
