Aioli Mayo

Ingredients

1 cup
pine nuts (or cashews or macadamia nuts)
3⁄4 cups
filtered water (or as needed)
1 teaspoon
minced garlic (or to taste)
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth mayonnaise, adding more water as needed to produce your desired consistency. Store for 4 to 5 days in a tightly lidded glass jar in the fridge. (Recipe # 106)
