Princeton Seminarians Dinner

This meeting is organized for students at Princeton Seminary (and other nearby Seminaries). Join this approachable, healthy dinner for people who want to prepare meals featuring healthy, delicious, reasonably priced and easy-enough-to-prepare food. Jim and Pat's table will share recipes and discuss ideas about how to achieve more vibrant health, and provide social support for those seeking to make healthy diet and lifestyle choices. The menu is omnivore/herbivore with no gluten, sugar or processed foods. We'll start cooking at 6:00pm and finish cleaning by 9:00pm. The fee per person averages $10, but varies because of the cost of certain ingredients.

Jim Weber enjoys cooking and eating food! Having eaten Paleo and Whole30 for some time before finding Suppers, he was drawn to the program's "how you feel is data" approach. A firm believer in the power of diet and exercise, Jim has beaten cancer and digestive problems without prescriptions. Besides cooking, Jim enjoys yoga and winemaking. Jim hosts a monthly Suppers dinner meeting in Lawrenceville with his wife, Pat Deeney.
