It’s been three years in the making and we are so excited to invite you to the celebration of the re-imagined Eating for Your Health (formerly Suppers).
Throughout this time, we’ve helped hundreds of people learn how to eat to support their health. What’s different about our programs is that we don’t tell people what to or not to eat. We embrace the concept that every person and every body is unique and no single approach to food is right for everyone – omnivores, vegans, pescatarians are all welcome. We do encourage people to avoid processed foods, and emphasize the importance of eating single, whole fresh ingredients.
Join us for a dinner that we promise will be as delicious as it is healthy at Gravity Hill Farm on Thursday, September 15th from 6-9PM. Tickets are $150.
Here is one person’s story. We have dozens and dozens more.
The Breakfast Challenge changed the way I look at food. I learned how important the right kinds and amount of foods are for energy and cognitive function. I no longer eat lunch at 10:30 am and I am not fighting falling asleep at my desk at 3 because I now eat a nutritious breakfast. My running time has improved. My ability to concentrate and focus has improved greatly. I no longer worried that I may have early onset Alzheimer’s or dementia or thinking that these decreases were part of getting old. In my case, it was actually the lack of good food.
With your support, we can make many more stories like this possible. We’d love it if you could join us.
We hope to see you on September 15th!
